The loaf is packed with seasonal ingredients including bittersweet cranberries, rich amaretto-soaked Billington’s glace cherries, ground almonds, juicy oranges, a sprinkling of cinnamon and Billington’s unrefined Light Muscovado sugar. It’s also gluten-free.
The loaves are available in Eric’s luxury cake boutique, Cake Boy, in SW London (RSP £2.05).
