That's why we've come up with a fool proof formulae for the perfect G & T.
Select a fine quality gin and pour one measure into a short glass over ice
Cut 1 lime in quarters and squeeze two quarters into the glass, putting the squeezed pieces back into the mixture
Pour the tonic over the gin, ice and lime, leaving 3 centimetres at the top and stir
Sit back, relax and enjoy!
