Jason Henderson - Chef Patron and General Manager of Knock Castle, serves a locally sourced and freshly prepared daily menu. With 15 years experience in the catering industry, he enjoys sharing his love of cooking. Jason’s style of cooking is Scottish contemporary with a heavy influence on using only the finest Scottish produce and organic where possible.
