Balls To Polite Dinner Conversation

Balls To Polite Dinner ConversationTo give your guests something to chat about at your next dinner party why not treat them to some organic lambs testicles…

Organic ‘balls’ are a delicious delicacy and Eversfield Organic has added them to their online catalogue in the hope that they’ll encourage more and more people to see what all the fuss is about.

Mark Bury from Eversfield Organic explains: “Organic lambs testicles are a forgotten and delicious delicacy which I hope to revive. We see it as a gesture of respect to use every part of an animal after we kill them for food – this includes the private parts.”

Here is a recipe for you to try...

Lambs testicles in breadcrumbs

Ingredients

  • Organic lambs testicles
  • Vinigerette or beer
  • Flour
  • 1 Free range egg
  • Breadcrumbs
