Made with 49% extra virgin olive oil, 23% pink grapefruit juice, white wine vinegar, cumin, oregano, garlic, honey and mustard, it’s an all-natural recipe full of zing and just a touch tropical.

my pink mojo is perfect for marinating a nice fat piece of white fish, scallops or seafood and its citrussy qualities make it ideal for tenderising chicken or pork before grilling. Mix with crème fraiche, double cream or Greek yoghurt for an instant delicious sauce or drizzle straight from the bottle over roasted vegetables or salad leaves.
