Heather Honey - sourced locally from the notable W.S. Robson’s Chainbridge Honey Farm, the honey is collected from the Cheviot Hills of North Northumberland and the Scottish Borders. Heather honey has a rich, full and distinctive taste which is complimented by the creaminess of the ice cream.

Orchid Vanilla - is well known to all with the flavours derived from the dried pods of the climbing perennial Vanilla planifolia, a member of the orchid family. The Orchid Vanilla ice cream is exotic and incorporates the full flavour of both the vanilla pods and its tiny black seeds.
