Carluccio Launches Brighton Store
 Antonio Carluccio, the undisputed king of Italian cuisine, arrived in person to open the 25th Carluccio’s Deli & Café in Brighton recently. It is situated on the newly built Jubilee Street, which is almost as new as the branch itself.
Carluccio's combines a contemporary Italian cafe, with a food shop and deli. It is open throughout the day for breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, and dinner, serving up dishes such as antipasti, salads, pastas, as well as desserts, using many ingredients sourced direct from Italy. We are yet to sample the menu fully but judging from the canapés at the launch – pesto risotto balls, the finest of Parma ham, and exquisite mozzarella with fresh basil, sun-blushed tomato a extra virgin olive oil - I’m sure we won’t be disappointed.
