Often used in oriental cuisine, lemongrass is well known for its intense fragrance. Innocent have used a subtle and floral variety of lemongrass from Thailand in this recipe to give mangoes, coconuts & lemongrass a fresh and sumptuous twist.

But lemongrass is more than just a pretty face - it's packed with medicinal properties too. It's is rich in a substance called citral (an active ingredient also found in lemon peel) believed to help digestion and relieve ailments such as headaches and fevers, and boasts antibacterial and antifungal properties. It's been used in traditional Indonesian and Malaysian medicine for centuries. Most of us have come across it in aromotherapy where it is widely used as a relaxant.

Made from 100% pure, crushed fruit (never, ever from concentrate), mangoes, coconuts & lemongrass will provide you with your recommended daily intake of fruit and plenty of Vitamins A, B and C too.
