The Restaurant is situated behind the Brasserie and is the focus of 1 Lombard Street's central theme. In charge of the stoves is the brilliant chef, Herbert Berger, who is able to add 1 Lombard Street's Michelin star to the previous two stars that he has achieved in his restaurants over the last 20 years.
A luxurious a la carte menu is available with dishes such as Carpaccio of tuna with oriental spices and toasted sesame seeds, black radish, ginger and lime vinaigrette, Fillet of lamb `Facon Cassoulet' with Boulangere potatoes, and for pudding, Caramelised Granny Smith with Guinness ice cream. The menu also features a selection of specialities for two including Sea bass baked in sea salt with aromatic herbs and spices, ginger and wasabi beurre blanc and delectable set lunch and dinner menu’s. All dishes are complemented by an exceptional wine list.
