Designed exclusively for 1870 by expert mixologist Jamie Stephenson, the Centre Court Smash is a vibrant, refreshing cocktail, ideal for celebrating Wimbledon in style.
All you need to create your own stir on centre court is
- 50ml Gin
- 3 Strawberries
- 2 Basil Leaves
- Pinch Black Pepper
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 1870 Tonic Water
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
Method
In a cocktail shaker, crush the strawberries and basil together and add the other ingredients.
Shake well and strain into a tall glass filled with cubed ice.
Top with 1870 Tonic Water, garnish with a strawberry and a basil leaf, then sit back, and enjoy!
