Festive Cocktail Ideas From Shloer
 To celebrate the festive season, sparkling juice drink Shloer has been working closely with top mixologists to create an 11-strong range of fabulous Shloer cocktails - both soft and alcoholic – to add some “Sex and The City” style to any Christmas or New Year’s party.
Here are two of our favourites -
Juniper and Clove Collins
- 50ml quality Gin
- 25ml Lemon juice

20ml cherry syrup

20 juniper berries
- 8-10 cloves
50ml
- Red Grape, Elderberry and Clove Shloer
To create this scrumptious twisted classic, reminiscent of mulled wine, muddle the lemon juice, juniper and cloves, add the gin and Shloer, shake and fine strain.
 Pink Perfection
- 25ml Chambord (raspberry)
- 25ml Amaretto
- 50ml Red Grape, Elderberry and Clove Shloer

25ml Lemon juice
- Dash of pomegranate and honey syrup
- Dash of egg white
Mix ingredients together, shake gently and strain. Top with the egg white and add a lime twist to garnish.
