The attraction of beautiful people, a stylish culture, fantastic food and drink along with extended summer holidays makes the Italian lifestyle the most attractive for UK residents.
A poll conducted by Disaronno, the world’s best selling Amaretto, has revealed that most Brits would choose the Italian way of life over all other European lifestyles. In fact, if they could, Britons would move to the style centre of Europe given the chance.
Italy is famed for being the most glamorous European destination. George Clooney has a lakeside villa on Lake Como, and with Hollywood’s A - list opting to purchase homes in Europe’s mediterranean haven, it’s no surprise that most Brits dream of leading this life.
Disaronno spokesperson, Andy Corris said, "It’s easy to see why so many people would like to live the typical Italian lifestyle, it’s extremely sociable and effortlessly stylish. The top three countries in the list all have decent summer weather, beautiful people, good life expectancy, great culture and a laid back way of looking at life."
Italy ranked top in most categories relating to holidays, shops, people, food, drink, life expectancy, weather and culture categories providing it with the overall title of the most desirable European lifestyle.
